Does the AI send responses directly, or do I need to approve them first?
You have full control. You can set the AI to draft responses for your review, or enable auto-reply for specific star ratings or keywords. You can always review and edit responses before they are published.
What happens when I reach the 50 review limit on the free plan?
When you reach the limit, the AI will simply stop generating new responses until the next month. You will never be charged automatically on the free plan. You can choose to upgrade to Pro if you need more volume.
What languages are supported?
Our AI supports all languages. It automatically detects the language of the user's review and generates a natural, native-sounding response in the exact same language.
